A Sneaky Fellow

A Sneaky Fellow

Brian in the yearbook office.

Before I had my S30 I was an avid photographer with my Pentax K1000. I recently bought a new scanner, a CanoScan 8000. So, for the next week I will post pictures I think no one has seen. (Well, not quite, Rishi developed 4 pictures from this roll of black and whites for me some number of years ago.

This photo has never been printed before. It is a photo of my friend Brian standing in the yearbook office, near the end of OAC.

  1. Scanned the negative in at 300 DPI. Will try doing some high res scanning shortly.

  2. So you're posting undeveloped pictures now? That picture is old school.

  3. Yeah, this is an unprinted photo from a black and white roll Rishi developed for me. I am probably going to post 2 more photos from the roll, and then will start scanning and putting up some of my old photos to mix in with the new ones. That's what I wanted to do with this site from the start. I have a lot of photo's that I really like that I took with my SLR.

  4. It looks pretty good for 300 dpi.

  5. It looks nice, but any reason why it's been flipped horizontally?

  6. Because I scanned it in that way and didn't notice. Good eye Dave.
