Shima and I bumped into Philippe while we were walking around for the Doors Open festival in Toronto. Philippe was going to work. This was on a Sunday. The life of a banker.

  2. I thought bankers had really short hours. Like 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday with lots of holidays and long lunches!? (Consequently, I've always aspired to be a banker. But I'm not sure I'm compatible with the constraints on banker's attire... :-)

  3. Those are bank hours, but I don't think they are the hours people who work in banks work. If you work in the finance side of things, then the hours are really quite long.

    When I was a small boy living in England, I thought garbage men worked one day a week, and consequently I always wanted to be a garbage man. Seriously.
