Viva - York Region's new rapid transit system. ⇒

Markham is replacing their old ghost-bus system with real buses, and introducing them to the world with a slick website. This link was found via Mattism.
This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.
Being able to buy fares at bus stops is a big step in the right direction. Very nice.

I think in a region where people will drive to visit their next door neighbour, the transit commission will have to push concepts like the “Unbus” and provide uber-coveniences such as fare vending machines at each stop.
