While I was in Spain I fell in love with their milk, which by the way did not give me any pain (I’m lactose intolerant). So I asked Roshi why I wasn’t getting sick. And she said the milk was 18%. That didn’t sound right since that is what we call cream here. Anyways, so yesterday I was at the grocery store and I bought some homo milk. And I’m drinking it now. Let’s see if I get sick or not! :o
I got an email from my sister in-law (ahhh. it feels crazy saying that!) about a half marathon in May! And the only thing holding me back is the fact that I will be in Europe chatting up some hot English/Spanish boys.
As a side note: The problem with Ali and I is that we are just crazy enough to do things like that. We won’t train for anything, but because we think we are that good, we’ll just show up and do it…. Except in my case I know I’m no good at running.. Anyhow, I’m searching frantically for a half-marathon before the big day! ha ha
I hated Facebook? I’m doing some house keeping on my website and I’ve come across some good stuff.. here is where I would link to the “good stuff” except I’m lazy.
I hope the rescue crew (a.k.a Tiff and Les) come to pick up Little Shima soon. I’m scared! I changed her water tonight and as I was watching her she repeatedly puked stuff out! and now she’s at the surface of the water grasping for air.
On a brighter note she’s becoming a healthy and fat fish! I wonder if it’s because we feed her too much.
How do you forget your anniversary?! Both Ram and I forgot!
Anyhow, four years ago yesterday, Ram and I met up and went up to the fifth floor of MC to talk about the events of the previous week and we decided that we’d give this whole couple thing a go.
In other news, I really want a baby. They’re so cute!
Only because it literally takes me right to my front door (give or take a few meters). I honestly believe it was the single best investment the city made for me!
But who do you think made sure the construction workers worked late at night under Sheppard Ave? Who do you think made sure that the cranes were where they were suppose to be? Who do you think made sure the construction signs made sense. Who do you think had to deal with years of bad traffic on Sheppard Ave.? ME, my friend. I put up with it all through my adolescent! I saw the Sheppard Subway Line built right before my eyes.
But deep down inside, I know the Sheppard line was a waste of money. That’s old news and so is Steve Munro’s article on how much the Sheppard line sucks. But it’s interesting none the less. I shall call the Sheppard line my $4-a-ride-line from now on. And I’ll try my hardest not to use it that often, but I don’t have much of a choice living uptown and all.
Getting my wisdom teeth pulled out today at 10:40. Wish me luck!
I plan on getting better by Sunday before I have to return to Waterpoo to study for my last exam! yay!
update holly crap I was ready to die.. 4 hours after the operation i got the worse stomach pains every! I feel bad my dad was the only one home and had to witness the screaming and crying… Wow.. pain is a horrible thing.
