Kiev 35

The Kiev 35

My ever impressive Kiev 35, the best piece of crap to come out of the Soviet Union.

The Kiev 35 is a very broken-ass camera. I'm always impressed that it manages to take photos. The camera feels like at any minute it could just fall apart in your hand.

I bought this camera because I wanted to take lomoesque photos, but didn't want to pay lomoesque prices. Paying 300 dollars for a camera that is essentially junk just didn't seem right. The Kiev takes great photos, and is an excellent Lomo alternative.

Update: My Kiev, after a good month of use, gave up on me. Still, it was the best piece of junk I ever owned.
