Shima, Nina, and Sanaz are taking part in the national Karate competion coming up. The girls are competing in the team Kata event. In addition to performing the Kata, they also have to show how the Kata can be applied in a real life situation. Nina and Sanaz are doing this, while Shima runs through the moves in the Kata.
