  1. This is traditional for the area.
    When I was a little girl, I used to stand on Tyndall Avenue with a rolled up newspaper and wave cars in onto the lawn, as everyone else in the neighbourhood did.
    I understand that it’s a pain, but it’s been going on since the beginning…which is probably why they can’t enforce any by-law on it since anything like that has been happening for over 20 years without a bylaw fight is considered to be community accepted.

    Mind you, Caribana is quite the spectacle with a lot more to bitch about than the CNE when it comes to trashing the neighbourhood.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
