"[Mr. Vaiko] charged that, according to the information he had, there was a large number of Indian technocrats and military personnel, up to 265 persons, were fully engaged and assisting the Sri Lankan military." I can't imagine why India would want to get embroiled in the war there -- again. The last time they were there things didn't end well for all parties concerned.
