Bill O'Reilly Defends Obama, Slams Smears. ⇒

   14 September 2008, lunch time

Damn. You know the Republicans are messing up when O'Reily isn't impressed.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. I look at it the other way. Things must really be bad when Obama needs to be defended by Bill O’Reilly. He needs to grow a pair and get some of his pre-nomination mojo back.

On a sidenote, can he really blame Palin for stealing his ‘change’ thunder? For all of his talk, he chose the biggest horse trader, washington political insider for vice-president.

  2. I guess, except if you read about Palin — which I imagine most undecided/independent voters will do — it becomes pretty obvious she is just as crony/crooked as the people she’s rallying against, if not more so.

I tihnk Obama’s doing the right thing. Obviously he doesn’t need to waste his time talking about this stuff, since everyone else is doing it for him. His plan is to ignore Palin, ignore McCain’s stupid ads, and just talk about how McCain equals bush, the economy sucks, etc. I imagine that’ll get some traction.

  3. Also of note are the Obama campaign’s new ads.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
