A painting of me

Every Mac I've owned has failed. ⇒

29 December 2008, the wee hours

My Powerbook 5300CS still works, but the case is kind of busted. Rob sold me his old iMac, which I used for a good while, and then replaced with an iBook. The iMac went to Krishna. Both the iBook and the iMac died in Krishna's hands. My iMac soldiers on; it is a beautiful machine.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. The iMac lasted a long time, the hard drive died and it wasn’t worthwhile to replace. And your iBook had a bad motherboard, if you learned how to read you could have gotten it replaced, so the iBook death is on you, not me.

  2. I don’t think Faulty will be with us for much longer. Maybe I can give it to Krishna. He’s got more experience with dying apple computers. I don’t think I can handle Faulty dying. :’(

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
