  1. I imagine this guy just found one or two instances where the digital version was more expensive. I have seen a variety of ebook’s cost less than their physical counterpart.

I think the bigger point is that selling electronic books for $10 bucks a pop is kind of ridiculous, especially since your distribution costs are far less, you don’t need to maintain and print a large inventory, etc. You can get Outliers in hardback for $15 bucks, or the kindle edition for $10.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
