The LTTE killed many important Tamil leaders and intellectuals who were pushing for solutions to the conflict in Sri Lanka that didn't involve shooting people. Jeyaraj sums up all the pointless killing that took place during the 70s, 80s and 90s.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text.
