Ninjawords: iPhone Dictionary, Censored by Apple. ⇒

4 August 2009, late at night

The level of stupidness on the iTunes App Store is pretty shocking. "Apple requires you to be 17 years or older to purchase a censored dictionary that omits half the words Steve Jobs uses every day." (I'm also guessing NinjaWords are going to sell a lot of dictionaries today.) Update: Apparently this was so gregarious that Apple Senior VP Phil Schiller had to respond.

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
