I can agree that there should be more transparency as to why they need so much money for a tunnel and how it is going to be spent. $38 million for a pretty short tunnel is kind of excessive. You would think it would be cheaper than that.
However, I don’t think having a tunnel is a bad thing. The ferry is kind of annoying since you have to account for that potential 15 minute delay if you miss one while rushing for your flight.
