Some interesting thoughts on bike advocacy in Toronto, and the Michael Bryant case. This link was found via Angry Robot.
This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.
From what I can tell (from videos and reading stories online), Bryant hit Sheppard off his bike and dragged him a few feet. And then tried to run away at which point Sheppard tried to stop him from hit and running. That’s when Bryant used his car to kill Sheppard by running into things on the opposite side of the road. [Video footage] Shows the bike stopped ahead of the car, and the car hitting him off the bike, and then trying to drive away.
