Do you remember all the ads that were all over the TTC when they first announced all the funding? (It looks like Laurence does.) Steve Munro offers up his opinion on this story. The Liberals know they have a lock on the seats in the GTA, regardless of what they do. I mean, my riding keeps re-electing Tony Ruprecht. Sticking it to Toronto is something that plays well all over the country. Nobody in Thunder Bay is going to get up in arms about this. Will people vote for the NDP already? I guess they’ve made themselves almost unelectable within Ontario.
