  1. meh. Like I said, the games themselves don’t bother me. It’s when they’re used as an excuse to spend public funds on infrastructure upgrades that noone would even dare try to support otherwise. Particularly when the plans they’ve presented negatively affect current residents directly and for the sole sake of increasing profits for investors. The games are not the problem. It’s when we decide that spending on games trumps spending on our communities that we have a problem.
