A painting of me

Salinger in Vienna. ⇒

   10 December 2010, early morning

A short essay on one of J.D. Salinger’s under-published stories. (People refer to his works that were published in magazines but never collected into books as ‘under’ published.) I’m not sure how hard it is to find these works now. I have all of them, thanks to a shady Russian website that no longer exists. I’ve had them for ages now, but have never got around to reading them. I need to change that. I think i’m over my aversion to reading on a computer.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
