A British architecture firm used Vancouver photograph John Goldsmith’s photograph without his permission, and the proceeded to ignore his complaints about the matter. The second issue here is that the lady pictured obviously didn’t sign any model releases when her image was snapped by this street photographer, so using her image in an advertisement is also all kinds of wrong.
