I was thinking of selling my Rebel to buy one of these cameras. Ideally I’d want to get a Canon 5D, but I don’t see myself lugging one around. Also, they cost so much damn money.

  3. Also… I recently picked up a Canon 28mm f/1.8 to use as a compact and fast walkaround lens with my Rebel.

  4. Yeah, that’s my day to day lens. I’ve had one for a while now. I was using it on a 5D over the weekend. It’s crazy how different it is as a real 28mm lens. Renting a 5D makes me want to get one even more.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google.
