The D&D Next official play test has begun. ⇒

If you want to test out the next iteration of D&D, you can partipcate in their public play test. You get access to an early version of their rules. At first glance it seems similar to old school D&D, but with the a bunch of the mechanics form the newer games. (Their download server is being slammed right now, apparently.)

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
