“It is true that weapons clearly, unambiguously from Iran have been found in Iraq,” Mr Rumsfeld told reporters at a Pentagon news conference.
Aren’t most weapons like bullets, guns, grenades, etc. fairly generic? (i.e. Why is their source so clear?) He’s probably right, but they’ve either lied or been incompetent in the past about WMD, torture, “mission accomplished”, etc. so it’s hard to differentiate the truth from the propaganda when all they provide is vague statements…

I thought it sounded like typical Rumsfeld bullshit as well. I imagine we’ll have a few more months of this and then Invasion 2.0. Or maybe he is just trying to distract people from all the recent US fuck ups. Who knows with this administration.
