Any of you mac owners have any opinions on the new iTunes. What’s with none of Apple’s applications having a consistent interface anymore. The corners at the top of the window aren’t as rounded, and it doesn’t have the same brushed metal background anymore.

Please tell me why I can watch a mov file in full screen in iTunes but not in Quicktime unless I opt for the pro?

This would explain the corners. I am actually glad that the metal is gone.
This might also be a hint for the UI in Leopard. Since Longhorn is getting metallic, Mac OS UI will definitely get a lookover in Leopard.

To view movies in fullscreen mode, you can use this widget if you’re running Tiger or via this AppleScript for any other version of the OS.

Dashboard? I think thats the first thing I got rid of after installing Tiger. But the AppleScript works. Thanks a lot Robert!
