  1. He deserves what he gets for acting like an idiot. Obviously, when you post you’re going to make it sound innocent and exaggerate the fact that you are a hopeless romantic.

Holy BS. Break it down to a more realistic scenario. He’s in his 20’s, his girlfriend is blind, likely her sister is cute and he wants to tap it. He knows, a few drinks at his place, and as the sister sounds somewhat innocent, she can’t hold her drinks and off they go. On top, he knows he has something over his blind girlfriend and unless something goes drastically wrong (like this) he’ll get away with it.

    No sympathy from me.

The other fact could be it’s just normal for good ol’ Jerry Springer Americans to do these kind of things.

  2. Fucking Hell; the thread has been erased. Apparently the question was a fake, as the poster reveals in another Metatalk thread. That was lame. I guess some dude was trying to be an attention whore. (Update: The third Metatalk thread on this topic has more information. The question was indeed a fake, posted by pretty_generic and lazy-ville.)

  3. You mean other questions you’ve posted from Ask.MeFi weren’t fake?

  4. I’d be so disappointed if they were fake. There have been so many good questions there.

  5. Ask Mefi is like overheardinnewyork.com for me. I believe it’s real because it makes my life brighter. It’s the closest thing I come to faith. Internet faith. Praise fiber.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
