I got the impression every other country on the planet except for the US was worried about Global Warming. Lucky for the US, they are going to ignore the problem out of existence. So far that's worked for teen pregnancy and homosexuality. This link was found via Ryan.

  1. I think that depends on whether your impression is based on words or actions. If it is actions, then Canada is not far behind the States.

  3. What do you do when your well-educated “science advisors” dispute the claims made by tree-hugging environmentalists? What do you say to your people if this advisors turn out to be right? Think of all the time and money that would have been wasted cleaning up the environment… can any nation really afford to take that risk?

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
