Al Gore is hilarious on SNL. I suspect the world would be about a bajillions times better if Al Gore won the 2000 eletion.

  1. While that may be true, Al Gore is a completely different person now than he was in 2000. Granted the election was stolen from him, but nonetheless, he was a giant tool then.

  2. I think participating in an election makes you a tool; I suspect he was the same person then that he is now (more or less).

  3. I’ll concede he’s mostly the same person, but he seems to have found his voice in the intervening years since 2000 and today.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
