  1. Uh, this guy seems a little off. He made 1 quick assumption that the RIAA is basing their amounts lost on their possible suit charges of $150K. Where does he get the basis for that assumption. Even if he does, it is obviously non-sense. I’m not even going to explain further, that was just a stupid article.

  4. Well I didn’t make it to the end. I see that it does appear to be so. But, given that I’m not that foreign to good sarcasm, I would say his writing was poor.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
