Tyler makes the important point here: selling DRM free music is the only way you're going to compete with Apple's iTunes Music Store.

I like Yahoo. Love them because they own two cool apps in del.icio.us and flickr. But DRM or no DRM, I am never buying anything remotely associated with Jessica Simpson.
