A painting of me

Radar. ⇒

Radar is a photo-sharing site designed to show your photos to your friends and no one else. Tyler linked to this a while ago and I didn't pay it much attention. Now that I think about it more, this is actually a really good idea. I haven't a clue how popular the site actually is. With mySpace or Flickr, you can see all this public content, but with a site like this no such content exists. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. There isn’t really anyway around this. If they have a yahoo account, they can login using that, but that’s about it. I just signed up for Radar. I think it is meant for posting photos from your camera phone, and that’s it. At least, I can’t see how you upload photos. I might just be slow.

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
