A painting of me

I haven't watched an episode of The Show before, but it is much hyped on blogs all over the world. This episode in particular is getting much link love.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. The Show is by far the most anticipated viewing of my day. I spend the whole day waiting for a new episode, and numerous times I’ve meant to ask you if you watch it. I found it a couple months ago when Daring Fireball linked to it, and I fell in love. Ze is brilliant most days, and even when he’s not brilliant, he’s trying.

Yesterday’s episode seemed to me to highlight everything that’s wonderful about The Show. Behind the songs, the audience participation, the self-deprecating humor, there is a man who is extremely intelligent, reasonable, and compassionate. I highly recommend watching this clip, and then going back and watching all of the rest.

    Every single one.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
