  1. A sample size of 699 sounds a little small too. And doesn’t it give a margin of error that’s closer to 4% than the 3% they cite?

  2. It is quite possible, but I have long since forgotten any statistics I may have once known. Also, if you say it’s 4% it is probably 4%.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
