  2. I just went back and reread that diamond thread again. I was happy to see the random newer comments. That was an awesome thread, one of those rare cases where a heated debate didn’t at all turn into an Internet debate, with the requisite name calling and “pwned“ness that we see most of the time. Also? I love this blog. If you hadn’t started using TextPattern, I likely never would have found it. Glad you did.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
