It's a non-lethal weapon that apparently makes you feel like you're being burned alive. Who do they test this stuff on?

  2. Probably just the new intern in the group or some loser they pay a little bonus to. Have you seen on TV when they bring someone in to test pepper spray, or sometimes its the new rookie cop that has to take it.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
