Update: Spacing comments on this story as well: Southern Man vs. Fugees. They end with the question: "How is it that an uptight, WASP fortress like Toronto was up to the 1950s, where the Jews weren’t even allowed to work at Eatons, could get over all that and become what it is today, so quickly and without such conflict?" I think it has something to do with Canada's innate awesomeness.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
