I’m not sure. Right now I use it to: open applications, skip songs in iTunes, and … well that’s about it. I need to set up crazy triggers and crap like that.

one thing that will help you really start using is Cmd+G. Select an app on your desktop, launch QS, Cmd+G, then you can copy, move, compress, email, etc that selection (be it a file or otherwise).
Dedicate a few hours in one sitting one day on figuring out some stuff and then you’ll see how you slowly start working them into your everyday…
