If he vetoes it then doesn’t he run out of money to pay for the war? Or do I misunderstand how the funding bills work?

That’s the thing, he has kind of backed himself into a corner, since he spent the previous week talking so much smack about how he was going to veto the bill. I’m not sure what he’ll do. The war costs money. Maybe he’ll just have a signing statement saying, “I’m going to ignore everything about this bill I don’t like — suck it Dems!”
