A painting of me

An article about CIA actions in Iran. ⇒

   23 May 2007, early morning

The article is meh, but the comments are comedy gold: "I consider ABC News Traders to the United States." Me too buddy, me too.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. The shit disturber in me can’t help but wonder what would happen if one of us got in there and said “Hey, I’m from Canada, and we all think it’s hilarious when you guys do this.”

    You first, man.

  2. I wonder how many are real comments, and how many are people trolling as Americans?

  3. One sort of hopes that all of the comments after the first few are fake, even though I know it’s a bit condescending to assume that. Comments like “we want responsible news networks like fox news!!!!!!!! they would never stoop this low” seem a little too on the nose.

  4. You didn’t hear it from me, but the word is that some anonymous Canadian just made things worse by bringing up that time in 1814 when we burned Washington to the ground.

  5. The internet is full of Morons. I think it contributes to making the world stupider.

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
