Bloglines Launches New Beta with Personalized Features. ⇒

   27 August 2007, lunch time

Feeds are now marked read when you scroll past them, which is a big plus. It seems slower than Google Reader though.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. I agree it does seem slower, but it’s still beta so I can’t be too fussy. The main reason I never went back to Bloglines was the feature they had where all feeds were marked read automatically upon entering the feed. I hated that. The beta is also missing the feature to bookmark or save an item. Google Reader (with the addition of Hicks’ theme) is the best for me at the moment.

BTW, thanks for adding direct links in your feeds. :D

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
