  1. Damn $109 for a metropass. Since the fare increase isn’t till november does that mean people will just buy 100’s of tokens to save money in the long run?

  2. I doubt it. With the provincial public transit subsidy, you still don’t really pay $109/mo for the metropass. I think you get like $15 back or something per month when you do your taxes.

    And it also depends on how often you take the TTC. If you take it like 5-6 times a day like I do then it’s pretty expensive and annoying to buy/carry all those tokens.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
