I haven’t seen this community garden so it could be a horrible idea, but I feel some people will just oppose any project just for the sake of it.
I’m on some group list for the Paton Road clean up project (just north of where we live), and guess who also opposed it.. (I don’t understand why he had to REPLY-ALL in his message of discontent about the project… maybe it was an honest mistake.. but I don’t think so.) And since receiving that email from above mentioned individual I’m gonna make it a point to go help out with the cleaning and planting. 8o|

Really? What’s the story? I’m not on that list. Why did you sign up? I think some people in this area do seem to enjoy being contrarian just for the sake of it.
