There isn't much noticeable noise till you get to ISO 6400 by the looks of things. That is crazy.

  1. This is the first time I’ve ever wanted a Nikon camera, or even kind of felt a twinge of regret that my whole kit is Canon centric. I just can’t believe those shots.

  2. Canon will no doubt come out with something to compete with this in short order. That’s how these things work. You just need to wait and see. Nikon went from having lamer ISO performance to (apparently) much better ISO performance just like that.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google.
