A simple argument on why the TSA is a waste of America's money.

  1. Not that I was carrying any knives or anything even remotely suspicious, but I still think it’s weird that I had absolutely no problems going through LA and SF last summer.

  2. I can’t remember now where I was going, but I remember them stopping me to check for a knife they saw in my backpack through the x-ray scanner. They never found the knife in my bag, mostly because there wasn’t one. I presume they checked my bag by mistake and let the one toting the knife slip through.

  3. Oh yeah, once we had a puri maker in our suitcase and I think they thought it was a bomb.

  4. Last time I went through Detroit, I took my laptop out of my bag to put it through the X-ray machine and somehow ended up walking right past the metal detector. No one even noticed.
