If only we could house the cities poor in giant towers. I'm sure that would work out well. "Some people at city hall wonder whether Ootes has an ulterior motive in suddenly raising questions about the three properties. Both a resident on the street and the Toronto Parking Authority have expressed interest in buying the properties." Toronto's city council is a whole other kind of suck.
