I am drinking water from a Nalgene right now: damn it. This link was found via Tyler.
This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.
So am I. Have you thrown yours out yet?

No. Not yet. In fact I’m still drinking out of it. I must have brain damage.

We all gon’ die!
I can’t bring myself to care about things like this. I am hoping indifference is the secret cure for cancer.

Good thing I’ve only used Nalgene bottles for the past 8 or 9 years.

A post-doc in my lab is working on bisphenol A studies (the dangerous xenoestrogen in plastic polymers).
So far he’s done a study that incubated fertilized frog eggs with bisphenol A for 3 hours, then showed effects on hormone responses up to 140 days later.
140 days! from a 3 hour exposure! Ridiculous!
He’s got another study in the works now that uses longer timeframes (a year in the making).
