How Ruby on Rails Could Be Much Better. ⇒

   8 January 2008, early evening

Dreamhost talks Rails. I think they are spot on here. To be fair, Rails isn't the same as PHP, and getting Erubis or the like to process rhtml pages isn't too tricky.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. a good version of mod_ruby would pretty much solve this.

getting a rails based blog up and running as compared to wordpress (which is php) on just about any hosting company would be night and day to your average joe.

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
