Commit, Recover & Transactions in Ruby. ⇒

   21 January 2008, early morning

I might go to the Rails pubnite today.

This is a post from my link log: If you click the title of this post you will be taken the web page I am discussing.

  1. What goes on at a Rails pub night?

  2. At the only one I’ve attended people drank beer and socialized. Some people show up trying to find developers for their projects also.

  3. That makes sense. It does sound like the sort of night that would combine two of my great interests. Not that I know a damned thing about Rails specifically.

  4. I don’t really know much about Rails either. People are friendly enough. It’s a good place to find out what’s up.

Don't be shy, you can comment too!

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
