  3. The best counter-terrorism measure possible is to claim responsibility first.

    If an organization blows something up in NYC, the city should claim responsibility before any one else has a chance. This will devalue the act forcing terrorists to seek other avenues to get on the political map… like mass improv in public spaces or handing out lollipops in subways.

    A side benefit would be a little peace of mind for countless conspiracy theorists.

Some things to keep in mind: You can style comments using Textile. In particular, *text* will get turned into text and _text_ will get turned into text. You can post a link using the command "linktext":link, so something like "google":http://www.google.com will get turned in to google. I may erase off-topic comments, or edit poorly formatted comments; I do this very rarely.
