The south is a backwards place. There’s no real way to improve them though. At least it makes us more advanced in a relative manner.

(And interestingly there seems to be more Southern states in the top half than the bottom…perhaps the stereotype is flawed!?)

I think like most stereotypes it is flawed—but it is easy to mock the south. They are always doing something stupid/dispicable down there. I suspect though you can find stupidity most everywhere. Canada is no exception.
