I don't know much, but I do know that nuking Mecca is not going to stop terrorism.

I can’t believe people can be so stupid.
I’m the least religious person I know, and that would pisses me off. You don’t go around bombing religious sites!!! That doesn’t solve anything. Won’t that create more problems? I’m sure even muslims that are sympathetic to the West, (are there any left?) would be pretty angry about such a thing!!!

The replies in this thread range from scary to hillarious. There are some fucking stupid people on Metafilter; I think I’ve said as much before. Two comments that I thought were particularly funny—because they are so horribly offensive—are:
1. Aminah Bint Wahhab Ibn Abd Manaf Ibn Zahrah was so fat that her coffin was the second choice for a Jewish homeland.
2. Advocating for the nuking of Mecca is just a hobby of mine. It would really get the terrorists, how are they ever going to get into heaven if they can’t do the Hajj?
