Human Rights Watch writes a letter to Bill Blair.
7 December 2006, mid-morning
Human Rights Watch has posted a letter to Bill Blair online which is a follow up to their report on LTTE fund raising in Toronto. It's an interesting read, with lots of good recommendations to the police force, and analysis of what's happened since the report was published. The Star writes briefly about the report. There haven't been any responses to the letter yet from any of the Tamil groups within the city; I'm not sure if they'll raise as much of a fuss over the letters as they did over the report.
